About Marie Oser
Marie Oser is a best selling author, syndicated columnist,
and lecturer specializing in health and nutrition, with
an emphasis the plant based diet. Her popular weekly
column, The Enlightened Kitchen, has been gaining readership
steadily since it's debut in the Philadelphia Inquirer
on October 10, 1999 in one of the top newspapers in
the country, the
Philadelphia Inquirer. The goal of this informative
column, as in all of her work, is to encourage and support
health conscious vegetarian, vegan, and mainstream consumers
looking for ideas, information and enticing recipes
that cut the fat and eliminate cholesterol. This innovative,
newspaper column is distributed nationally by King Features

Marie left a career in television advertising to pursue

in the Los Angeles area, such as Cedars Sinai Medical

Federation, and Westlake Culinary Institute, and universities
